A Vietnamese technical trainee was arrested on Monday for allegedly killing a compatriot in Hokkaido, northern Japan, law enforcement stated.
Nguyen Ngoc Tung, a design worker from Asahikawa, admitted to killing Than Van Nghia, also a technological intern, at Hokkaido Railway Co.’s Asahikawa Station, in accordance to the police.
Tung, 24, allegedly stabbed Nghia, 35, in the neck and other sections of the overall body with a knife numerous periods all around 4:40 p.m. on Sunday, they stated.

The law enforcement cited eyewitnesses as saying the two had been quarreling prior to the alleged stabbing.
The police took Tung into custody about a few hrs later soon after he fled the scene by taxi.
